I’m a Creative Producer working across commercial, editorial, and studio production, with a background in photography and experience spanning stills, live action, motion, design, and post-production.

I’m particularly interested in creative talent, curating the right people for the right ideas and bringing multidisciplinary teams together to make great work. My background in talent management has given me a strong understanding of how creative teams are built, from identifying photographers, directors, designers, animators, and other collaborators to shaping the production around the people and the work.

I work across creative development, talent curation, production planning, budgets, schedules, and delivery, and I’m comfortable moving between a creative conversation, a production plan, and being on set. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out what a project needs, who can make it happen, and how to create the conditions for good work to get made.

At JOAN Creative and JOAN Studios, I’ve produced commercial, editorial, and independent studio projects, working with creative teams and collaborators across photography, film, motion, animation, and post-production.
