I’m a multidisciplinary creative producer working across talent resourcing, production, and project management, with a background in photography and experience spanning live action, design, 2D/3D motion, editorial, and post-production.

I work with creative and production teams to bring projects from early development through final delivery; building teams, finding the right artists and collaborators, shaping production approaches, managing budgets and timelines, and helping navigate the many moving parts that turn an idea into finished work.

My experience in talent resourcing has given me a particular interest in the intersection of people and process. I enjoy figuring out what a project needs, identifying the best people who can make it happen, and creating the structure and conditions for multidisciplinary teams to do their best work, no matter the budget.

I’m hands-on by nature and comfortable moving between creative development, team building, production planning, and being on set. At JOAN Creative and JOAN Studios, I’ve worked across commercial, editorial, and studio projects, building and resourcing teams across stills, motion, animation, and post-production.
